General terms and conditions

• Registration:
By writing, b telephone or electronically. The registration becomes effective with the confirmation of the travel date, the tours price and sending the invoice.
Withdrawal within 10 days if the contents of the confirmation with which the application does not match.
• Deposit, balance, travel documents:
Upon receipt of the confirmation / invoice a deposit of € 50.- per person will be charged.
The balance due 14 days prior to departure. Your voucher you will receive also 14 days prior to departure.
Cancellation costs:
Up to 30 days before departure: 10% of the price
29-14 days: 30% of the price
13-3 days: 50% of the price
From 2 days and no-shows: 80% of the price
• By registering the participant declares expressly that in turn present no health or medical impairments and he is fully able to participate in the company booked hike or trip.
• Termination:
The organizer reserves the termination of the contract for failure to meet a minimum number of participants. Payments will be refunded.
We ensure the orderly provision of travel services. Unused services are non-refundable. Participate at your own risk.
• If one or more of the above provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
